Alessandra Terzi

Associate Director

With Gobbi & Associati since 2009, she has participated in numerous M&A transactions both domestic and cross-border in various sectors including food & beverage, collective catering, the services sector, automotive, banking, plastics, real estate and industrial machinery.

In charge of research activities, market analysis and marketing, over the years she has consolidated her experience in project development, from the analysis and processing of key documentation for negotiations to the organisation and coordination of due diligence activities. She also provides operational support for the contracting phase and for defining all the formalities necessary for the successful completion of the transactions.

 

EDUCATION

  • Degree in Communications at the IULM University of Milan.
  • Masters in International Management at ISTAO (Adriano Olivetti Institute) of Ancona.
  • Executive Master in Planning, Business Control and Corporate Finance at IFAF Business School in Milan.

Antonio Gobbi

Founder & Managing Director

Antonio is a founding partner and the Sole Administrator of Gobbi & Associati S.p.A.

He has extensive experience in the negotiation, evaluation, design and structuring of extraordinary transactions both at a national and international level.

He has been advisor to a large number of clients during the acquisition or sale of companies in Italy and abroad, the sourcing of equity capital and/or debt capital and the creation of joint ventures or strategic alliances.

He worked for twenty-five years as a professional accountant, auditor and court consultant, gaining in-depth experience in consulting activities, mainly targeting SMBs.

Since 2003 he has devoted himself exclusively to M&A advisory activities.

Alessandra Terzi

Associate Director

In Gobbi & Associati dal 2009, ha partecipato a numerose operazioni di M&A sia domestiche che cross-
border in vari settori inclusi food & beverage; beverage, ristorazione collettiva, terziario, automotive, bancario,
materie plastiche, real estate, industrial machinery.

Responsabile delle attività di ricerca, analisi di mercato e marketing, negli anni ha consolidato la propria
esperienza nello sviluppo dei progetti, dall’analisi ed elaborazione della documentazione funzionale alle
negoziazioni all’organizzazione e coordinamento delle attività di due diligence. Fornisce inoltre supporto
operativo alla fase contrattualistica e di definizione di tutti gli adempimenti necessari alla positiva
conclusione delle operazioni.

EDUCATION

  • Laurea in Comunicazione presso l’Università IULM di Milano.
  • Master in International Management frequentato presso ISTAO (Istituto Adriano Olivetti) di Ancona.
  • Executive Master in Programmazione, Controllo di Gestione e Finanza Aziendale presso IFAF Business
    School di Milano.

Giampietro Sargiani

Senior Analyst

He joined the execution team of Gobbi & Associati in 2007 as Senior Analyst with a particular focus on economic and financial planning, having experience in the following areas:

  • Analysis of Target companies from an economic, equity, financial and commercial point of view;
  • Company valuation and financial analysis in M&A and extraordinary financing transactions;
  • Preparation and review of Business Plans;
  • Operational support to the Accounting & Finance functions in the specification of planning and monitoring
    systems.

He has previously worked as a freelance and in a consultancy firm in the field of management consultancy and management training services in the business control of SMBs, implementing analytical accounting, budgeting and reporting systems, facilitated finance projects and training in business and post-graduate Masters projects.

EDUCATION

  • Degree in Business Administration at the University of Parma
  • Seminars and conferences for updating and internal training promoted by the finance and control section of APCO (Italian Professional Association of Management and Organisational Consultants)

Antonio Gobbi

È partner fondatore nonché Amministratore Unico di Gobbi & Associati S.p.A.

Ha una lunga esperienza in materia di negoziazioni, valutazioni, ideazione e strutturazione di operazioni
straordinarie sia nazionali che internazionali.

È stato advisor di un gran numero di clienti in occasione di acquisizioni o cessioni di aziende in Italia ed
all’estero, raccolta di capitale proprio e/o di debito e creazione di joint-ventures o alleanze strategiche.

Ha esercitato per venticinque anni l’attività professionale di commercialista, revisore contabile e
consulente del tribunale maturando una consolidata esperienza nell’attività di consulenza rivolta
prevalentemente alle PMI.

Dal 2003 si dedica esclusivamente all’attività di advisory nell’M&A.

È entrato a far parte del team di execution di Gobbi & Associati nel 2007 in qualità di Senior Analyst con particolare focus in area pianificazione economico-finanziaria avendo esperienza sulle seguenti tematiche:

  • Analisi delle aziende Target sotto il profilo economico, patrimoniale, finanziario e commerciale;
  • Valutazione d’azienda & analisi finanziarie in operazioni di M&A e finanza straordinaria;
  • Predisposizione di business plan;
  • Supporto operativo alle funzioni Accounting & Finance per la definizione di sistemi di pianificazione e controllo.

In precedenza ha svolto come libero professionista e presso società di consulenza la propria attività nel mercato dei servizi di consulenza direzionale e formazione manageriale in area controllo di gestione per le Pmi occupandosi di implementazione di sistemi di contabilità analitica, budget & reporting, progetti di finanza agevolata e formazione in progetti aziendali e master post-laurea.
