Antonio Gobbi
Founder & Managing Director
Antonio is a founding partner and the Sole Administrator of Gobbi & Associati S.p.A.
He has extensive experience in the negotiation, evaluation, design and structuring of extraordinary transactions both at a national and international level.
He has been advisor to a large number of clients during the acquisition or sale of companies in Italy and abroad, the sourcing of equity capital and/or debt capital and the creation of joint ventures or strategic alliances.
He worked for twenty-five years as a professional accountant, auditor and court consultant, gaining in-depth experience in consulting activities, mainly targeting SMEs.
Since 2003 he has devoted himself exclusively to M&A advisory activities.
Giampietro Sargiani
Senior Analyst
He joined the execution team of Gobbi & Associati in 2007 as Senior Analyst with a particular focus on economic and financial planning, having experience in the following areas:
He has previously worked as a freelance and in a consultancy firm in the field of management consultancy and management training services in the business control of SMEs, implementing analytical accounting, budgeting and reporting systems, facilitated finance projects and training in business and post-graduate Masters projects.

Associate Director & Executive Assistant
With Gobbi & Associati since 2009, she has participated in numerous M&A transactions both domestic and cross-border in various sectors including food & beverage, collective catering, the services sector, automotive, banking, plastics, real estate and industrial machinery.
In charge of research activities, market analysis and marketing, over the years she has consolidated her experience in project development, from the analysis and processing of key documentation for negotiations to the organisation and coordination of due diligence activities. She also provides operational support for the contracting phase and for defining all the formalities necessary for the successful completion of the transactions.
